It mainly completes the operation of starting and stopping through the on-site operation column, and the frequency rise and fall mainly rely on automatic adjustment, which has high adjustment accuracy and fast response. The local control is mainly carried out on the high-voltage electrical panel. The contents of the operation include high-voltage electrical startup, shutdown, reset, frequency rise and fall, etc. When the high-voltage electrical fails or needs maintenance and debugging, it should be carried out in the local control mode. It is beneficial to directly solve the fault problem that occurs. Under normal circumstances, in the operation of high-voltage electricity in chemical production, there are three points that need special attention. The first is that before starting the high-voltage electricity, it should be confirmed that the power frequency is in the variable frequency state, and the signal of "high-voltage allowable closing" can be obtained. close. The second is that if the signal of "high-voltage allowable closing" is not obtained for a long time, it is necessary to check whether the high-voltage electrical fault occurs. If there is a fault cause, it should be solved in a targeted manner, and the signal should be obtained after the problem is solved. The third is that the high-voltage electrical motor can start to run normally and enter the normal state one minute after the high-voltage closing operation is completed.

2 Troubleshooting of high-voltage frequency converters in chemical production

Any equipment will fail during use, even equipment with relatively high stability such as high-voltage inverters is no exception. Therefore, the fault handling of the high-voltage inverter is an important topic to apply it to chemical production smoothly, and it is the key to ensure that the high-voltage inverter plays an active role in chemical production. In specific work, the faults of high-voltage frequency converters in chemical production can be divided into general faults and special faults. General faults are universal but have relatively little impact, while special faults occur less frequently but have greater impact.
